Stat. § 39:8-70","heading":"Civil penalty.","body":"12.\tAny person who violates any provision of sections 2 through 20 of this act or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto shall be liable for a civil penalty.  The amount of the penalty shall be that specified in the other sections of this act or in the rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this act; but if no amount is otherwise specified, then the amount shall be $200.
