Stat. § 3B:12-44","heading":"Recommendations to be considered by guardian of ward's estate in making expenditures.","body":"Recommendations to be considered by guardian of ward's estate in making expenditures.\nIn making expenditures under N.J.S.3B:12-43, the guardian of the estate of a minor or incapacitated person shall consider recommendations relating to the appropriate standard of support, education and benefit for the ward made by a parent or guardian of the person, if any.
