Stat. § 3B:12B-6","heading":"Communication between courts.","body":"6.\tCommunication between courts.\na.\tA court of this State may communicate with a court of another state concerning a proceeding arising pursuant to P.L.2012, c.36 (C.3B:12B-1 et al.). The court may allow the parties to participate in the communication in accordance with the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey.\nb.\tExcept as otherwise provided in subsection c., the court shall make a record of the communication.
