Filing authenticated copies of his letters as provided in N.J.S. 3B:14-28;\nb.  Receiving payment of money or taking delivery of personal property under  N.J.S. 3B:14-25, but jurisdiction hereunder is limited to the money or value of  personal property received;\nc.
