A State Board of Agriculture, which shall be the head of the department;\nb.  A Secretary of Agriculture, who shall be the principal executive officer  of the department;\nc.  An assistant Secretary of Agriculture;\nd.  A Division of Animal Health;\ne.  A Division of Markets;\nf.  A Division of Plant Industry;\ng.  A Division of Dairy Industry;\nh.  Such other divisions and bureaus as may be created as provided in section 4:1-17 of this Title;  and\ni.
