Stat. § 4:10-31","heading":"Prohibited acts","body":"No person shall:\n(a) Advertise, label or otherwise represent that any agricultural commodity  has been exposed to controlled atmosphere storage unless the agricultural  commodity has been stored in a facility licensed by the secretary under the  provisions of this act and under the rules and regulations issued pursuant  thereto or under the provisions of section 7 of this act;\n(b) Sell, exchange, expose or offer for sale any agricultural commodity represented as having been exposed to controlled atmosphere storage unless the commodity has been stored in a facility licensed by the secretary under the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto or  under the provisions of section 7 of this act;\n(c) Operate a facility for the storage of agricultural commodities that is represented as being a controlled atmosphere storage facility unless it has been licensed by the secretary under the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto;  or\n(d) Pack or repack any agricultural commodity which is represented as having  been exposed to controlled atmosphere storage unless he holds a permit issued  by the secretary under the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations  issued pursuant thereto.\nL.1962, c. 62, s. 6.","path":["TITLE 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"0b07c071ec019c7a6529a0d1a35ea82f34e078a6a80330d7b7d5e3265f1da191","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-4-10-30","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-4-10-32"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
