Stat. § 4:12-44","heading":"Penalty for violation of article","body":"Any milk dealer or milk company violating any provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the first offense, and for the second, or any subsequent offense, a penalty of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00), to be recovered in a civil action in the name of the milk producers' association so aggrieved as plaintiff.
