Stat. § 4:15-3","heading":"Police jurisdiction of directors","body":"For the purpose of maintaining order and preserving the peace and decorum upon grounds on which a fair and exhibition is held by an association the directors shall:\na.  Have police jurisdiction upon the grounds and for a distance of one-quarter of a mile from the boundaries of the grounds;\nb.  Suppress the sale of intoxicating liquors by persons not regularly licensed by the public authorities;  and\nc.
