Specialized burn treatment facilities and services;\nb.  Burn treatment educational programs for first aid, E.M.S. and other emergency level personnel;\nc.  Burn victim rehabilitation programs, psychological;\nd.  Burn medical research;\ne.  Burn prevention programs for the general public and civic organizations.\nL.1977, c. 13, s. 1, eff.
