Stat. § 40:37-95.10o","heading":"Submission of question to voters","body":"Whenever the governing body of a county subject to the provisions of this act shall adopt a resolution authorizing submission of the question of adoption or rejection of this act to the voters of the county, the county clerk shall cause the question to be printed upon the same and official ballots for the ensuing general election, occurring not less than 40 days after adoption of the resolution, as follows:\nIf you favor the proposition printed below make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (!) in the square opposite the word \"Yes.\"  If you are opposed thereto make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (!) in the square opposite the word \"No.\"      .  .    .                                            .\nYES.     Shall the provisions of \"An Act\nconcerning county parks, playgrounds\nand recreation places, and supplementing\nP.L.1946, c.276, C.40:37-95.1 et seq.\n(P.L.1989, c.179),\" providing for the\nissuance of additional park bonds or\nother obligations for land and\nimprovements not exceeding in the\naggregate the sum of $10,000,000, be\nadopted?\n.  .    .                                            .\nINTERPRETIVE STATEMENT\nNO.     If this question receives a majority\nof the votes cast, the county will be\npermitted to issue additional bonds or\nother obligations for land and improvements\nby the county park commission or for the\npayment of notes previously issued.
