Stat. § 40:66-2","heading":"Buildings, appliances for solid waste disposal; acquisition of lands","body":"The governing body may, subject to the provisions of P.L.1970, c.39 (C.13:1E-1 et seq.), erect the necessary buildings and equip the same with all appliances proper for the disposal of solid waste, and acquire the real estate necessary therefor by purchase, gift or condemnation.
