Stat. § 40A:14-78.4","heading":"Adoption of budget; time; advertisement.","body":"8.\tThe fire district budget shall be adopted, by a vote of a majority of the full membership of the fire commissioners, not later than 25 days prior to the third Saturday in February.  The adopted budget shall be advertised after adoption.
