Stat. § 40A:4-45.38","heading":"Transfer of funds from appropriation subject to limitation","body":"No transfer of funds authorized by N.J.S.40A:4-58 and N.J.S.40A:4-59 shall be made from an appropriation which is not subject to limitation pursuant to section 3 or 4 of P.L.1976, c.68 (C.40A:4-45.3 and 40A:4-45.4) to an appropriation which is subject to either of those limitations.
