Stat. § 42:2C-55","heading":"Appeal from rejection of reinstatement.","body":"55.\tAppeal from Rejection of Reinstatement.\na.\tIf the filing office rejects a limited liability company's application for reinstatement, the filing office shall present a notice to the company explaining the reason for rejection.\nb.\tWithin 30 days after a rejection of reinstatement under subsection a. of this section, a limited liability company may appeal from the rejection by petitioning the court to set aside the filing office action.
