Stat. § 45:1-3.3","heading":"Administrative fees","body":"4.\tThe Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs may by rule establish, prescribe, or modify administrative fees charged by boards in accordance with the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.).  For purposes of this section, \"administrative fees\" are charges assessed to licensees, registrants or holders of certificates, as the case may be, for board functions that are not unique to a particular board but are uniform throughout all boards.
