This compact shall not abrogate any provision in Title 45 of the Revised Statutes or any other title applicable to the practice of nursing in this State.\nb.\tIf there is an irreconcilable conflict between this compact and chapter 11 of Title 45 of the Revised Statutes, the compact shall control.\nc.\tOmissions in this compact shall not be supplied by construction.
