Stat. § 45:12-18","heading":"Account and report of receipts and expenditures","body":"An itemized account of all the receipts and expenditures of the board shall  be kept by the secretary-treasurer, and a detailed report thereof each year,  ending with June thirtieth, duly verified by the affidavit of said secretary-treasurer, shall be filed with the State Comptroller within ten days thereafter.
