Any individual who presents bona fide proof that he was actively engaged in the full-time practice of orthotics, prosthetics, or both, in this State for two of the last five years immediately preceding the date of enactment of this act; or\nb.   Any individual who has recently become a resident of this State, who has applied for licensure as an orthotist, prosthetist, or both, and who has been licensed by the state of his former residence.\nA temporary license shall expire in one year.
