The board may, upon notice and opportunity for a hearing, revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew any license, temporary license, or student registration issued pursuant to this act, upon a finding:\na.   That the license or student registration was obtained by means of fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts;\nb.   Of fraud or deceit in connection with services rendered;\nc.   Of unprofessional or unethical conduct;\nd.   Of gross negligence or malpractice; or\ne.
