Stat. § 45:14A-5","heading":"Designation of board;  qualifications of appointees;  removal of  members;  compensation","body":"Said board, when so appointed, shall be designated and known as the \"State Board of Professional Planners.\"\nAll persons appointed to the board shall be citizens of the United States and residents of the State of New Jersey.
