If the commission determines after notice and hearing that a person has:\n(1)\tViolated any provision of this act;\n(2)\tDirectly or through an agent or employee engaged in any false, deceptive, or misleading advertising, promotional or sales methods in the State to offer or dispose of an interest in the timeshare plan;\n(3)\tMade any material change in the plan of disposition and development of the timeshare plan subsequent to the order of registration without first complying with the provisions of section 11 of this act;\n(4)\tDisposed of any timeshare plan which have not been registered with the commission; or\n(5)\tViolated any lawful order or rule or regulation of the commission;\nThe commission may issue an order requiring the person to cease and desist from the unlawful practice and to take such affirmative action as in the judgment of the commission will carry out the purposes of this act.\nb.\tIf the commission makes a finding of fact in writing that the public interest will be irreparably harmed by delay in issuing an order, the commission may issue a temporary cease and desist order.
