Stat. § 45:2C-9","heading":"Requirements for licensure as acupuncturist.","body":"9.\tExcept as provided in section 8 of P.L.1983, c.7 (C.45:2C-8), each person desiring to obtain a license to practice acupuncture shall make application therefor to the board upon such form and in such manner as the board shall prescribe and shall furnish satisfactory evidence to the board that he:\na.\tIs at least 21 years of age;\nb.\tIs of good moral character; and\nc.
