Stat. § 45:8B-56","heading":"Organization, officers, meetings.","body":"6.\tThe committee shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members and shall annually elect from its members a chairperson and a vice-chairperson, and may appoint a secretary, who need not be a member of the committee.  The committee shall meet at least twice a year and may hold additional meeting as necessary to discharge its duties.
