Stat. § 45:8B-90.4","heading":"Responsibilities of State Board of Creative Arts Therapies.","body":"4.\tThe State Board of Creative Arts Therapies shall:\na.\tIssue and renew licenses to music therapists pursuant to the provisions of this act;\nb.\tSuspend, revoke or fail to renew the license of a music therapist pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.);\nc.\tMaintain a record of every music therapist licensed in this State, their place of business, place of residence, and the date and number of their license;\nd.\tPrescribe or change the charges for licensures, renewal and other services performed pursuant to P.L.1974, c.46 (C.45:1-3.1 et seq.);\ne.\tEstablish standards for the continuing education of music therapists; and\nf.\tPromulgate rules and regulations concerning any provisions of this act, in conformance with the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.).\nL.2019, c.471, s.4.","path":["TITLE 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"136e37c85ac8ea27bac91a5a83c5b9e3250a6737cecc02be47b3a2fc28c8a1b2","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-45-8b-90.3","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-45-8b-90.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
