Stat. § 45:9-37.99","heading":"Organization of committee.","body":"6.\tThe committee shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members and shall annually elect from among its members a chairperson, who shall be a perfusionist, and a vice-chairperson, and a secretary who need not be a member of the committee.  The committee shall meet twice a year and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties.
