Stat. § 46:38-34","heading":"Accounting by custodian","body":"The court may require or permit the custodian or his legal representative to account incident to any proceeding under this act, or in a separate proceeding upon application of the minor if he has attained 14 years of age, the legal representative of the minor, an adult member of the minor's family or a donor or his legal representative.
