Stat. § 46:38A-3","heading":"Scope of chapter","body":"This chapter applies to a transfer referred to in this chapter in a designation under R.S. 46:38A-19 by which the transfer is made if at the time of the transfer, the transferor, the minor, the custodian is a resident of this State or the custodial property is located in this State.
