Stat. § 48:12-112","heading":"Loaning certificate;  illegal use of certificate;  penalty","body":"Any person mentioned in section 48:12-109 of this title loaning such certificate shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars and costs, to be recovered in an action at law in the name of the state.  The fine when recovered shall be paid into the treasury of the state.
