Stat. § 48:13-13","heading":"Time of commencement and completion of sewerage system","body":"Every sewerage company organized under the laws of this State shall commence  the construction of the proposed system of sewerage within 6 months from the  date of its organization, and shall complete the same within 3 years from the  date of commencement.
