Stat. § 48:2-29.53","heading":"Rules, regulations.","body":"6.\tNotwithstanding any provisions of the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the board shall, within 180 days after the enactment of P.L.2019, c.154 (C.48:2-29.48 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations implementing the provisions of P.L.2019, c.154 (C.48:2-29.48 et seq.).  The rules and regulations adopted by the board shall be effective as rules and regulations immediately upon filing with the Office of Administrative Law and shall be effective for a period not to exceed 24 months, and may, thereafter, be amended, adopted, or readopted by the board pursuant to the provisions of the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.).\nL.2019, c.154, s.6.","path":["TITLE 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"072625219a2ba02f8f3b7e765604e39c813f5d7b052eb603ba15a91c22d51969","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-48-2-29.52","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-48-2-29.54"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
