When the actual proceeds become known, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.  The total filing fee will consist of a base charge plus an incremental charge per unit of $1,000.00 or fraction thereof of proceeds in excess of the lower limit of the range of the indicated block. No pleading will be considered filed until the appropriate fees are paid.
