Stat. § 48:3-120","heading":"Report to Governor, Legislature.","body":"7.\tThe board shall submit a report on the SREC-II program to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature no later than 12 months after the adoption of rules and regulations pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2021, c.169 (C.48:3-115), and annually thereafter.
