Stat. § 48:3-93.1","heading":"Establishment, operation of government energy aggregation program","body":"1.\tA government aggregator that is a municipality or a county may establish and operate a government energy aggregation program pursuant either to the provisions of the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Public Utilities pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2003, c.24 (C.48:3-93.2) or to the provisions of P.L.1999, c.23 (C.48:3-49 et seq.).
