Stat. § 48:5A-11.12","heading":"Definitions relative to cable television, telecommunications service contracts.","body":"1.\tAs used in section 2 of P.L.2017, c.378 (C.48:5A-11.13):\n\"Bundle contract\" means the provision of cable television service and telecommunications service to a residential customer in this State through a contract with a cable television company for those services.\n\"Cable television company,\" \"CATV company,\" \"cable television service,\" and \"CATV service\" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 3 of P.L.1972, c.186 (C.48:5A-3).\n\"Residential customer\" or \"customer\" means a customer receiving cable television service from a cable television company.\n\"Telecommunications service\" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 2 of P.L.1991, c.428 (C.48:2-21.17).\n\"Victim of domestic violence\" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 3 of P.L.1991, c.261 (C.2C:25-19).\nL.2017, c.378, s.1.","path":["TITLE 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"083a0c27b8d1635df570ad8681d60ff065d66c7d742dce8ee13d10b8411ffcae","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-48-5a-11.11","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-48-5a-11.13"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
