Stat. § 5:5-146","heading":"Inclusion of amounts wagered in parimutuel pool.","body":"20.\tSums wagered at the off-track wagering facility on the result of a simulcast horse race at an in-State sending track, or through the account wagering system on a race conducted at an in-State host track, shall be included in the appropriate parimutuel pool generated at the in-State track and shall be distributed pursuant to section 21 of this act.
