Stat. § 50:1-31","heading":"Removal of shellfish from leased condemned lands.","body":"The commissioner may adopt, pursuant to the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations for the removal and distribution of shellfish from lands leased under R.S.50:1-30, as in the commissioner's judgment will be in accord with the object of the condemnation.
