Stat. § 51:1-120","heading":"Issuance of licenses to repair devices","body":"Any person who qualifies in the form and manner prescribed by the regulations authorized under the terms of this act to repair weighing or measuring devices shall receive a license to repair the classes or kinds of weighing devices for which he qualifies.
