As used in this act, \"document\" means any statement, report, form, or accounting which is required to be filed with the Joint Legislative Committee on Ethical Standards within a prescribed  period or on or before a prescribed date pursuant to law or the legislative code of ethics promulgated pursuant to the \"New Jersey  Conflicts of Interest Law,\" P.L.1971, c.182 (C.52:13D-12 et seq.).
