Stat. § 52:16A-55","heading":"Election of chairperson.","body":"3.\tThe commission shall organize as soon as may be practicable after the appointment of its members and shall elect a chairperson from among its public members, who may serve as the chairperson for the duration of his or her term on the commission, and may appoint a secretary who need not be a member of the commission.  The commission shall meet at least once every three months and upon the call of the chairperson or of a majority of its members.
