Stat. § 52:17B-139.18","heading":"Liability, civil penalty related to sweepstakes prohibition violation.","body":"5.\tAny person found in violation section 2 of P.L.2025, c.128 (C.52:17B-139.15) shall, in addition to any other sanctions authorized by law or regulation, be liable to a civil penalty of not more than $100,000 for the first offense and not more than $250,000 for the second and each subsequent offense.
