Stat. § 52:17B-242.4","heading":"Application for grant.","body":"4.\tApplication for a grant shall be made in a manner and form as determined by the Office of the Attorney General.  A formal Notice of Availability of Funding shall be posted prior to the time for acceptance of applications.
