Stat. § 52:17B-4.6","heading":"Notice to law enforcement explaining provisions of act on unlawful evictions.","body":"4.\tWithin 30 days of the effective date of P.L.2005, c.319 (C.2C:33-11.1 et al.), the Attorney General shall prepare a notice explaining the provisions of P.L.2005, c.319 (C.2C:33-11.1 et al.), with particular emphasis on the responsibilities of law enforcement officers and other public officials, and transmit the notice to the chief or director of every municipal police department, every municipal prosecutor, every county prosecutor, and the Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police.
