Stat. § 52:18A-106","heading":"Bond","body":"The secretary of each of said pension funds shall enter into bond with 2 or  more sureties, to be approved by the State Treasurer, in the sum of $100,000.00  payable to the pension fund of which he is the secretary, conditioned for the  faithful performance of his official duties.
