Stat. § 52:27D-118.1","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\na.   \"Director\"  means the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs;\nb.   \"Qualifying municipality\"  means each municipality in the State which received State aid pursuant to P.L.1978, c. 14;\nc.   \"Approved program\"  means a program, project, or municipal services approved by the director pursuant to the Safe and Clean Neighborhoods Program established by this act.\nL.1979, c. 118, s. 1, eff.
