Stat. § 52:27D-123.13c","heading":"Compliance, violations, fines.","body":"4.\tAn owner who sells any property that is subject to, but that fails to comply with, the provisions of section 3 of P.L.2023, c.299 (C.52:27D-123.13b) shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 to be collected in a civil action by a summary proceeding pursuant to the \"Penalty Enforcement Law of 1999,\" P.L.1999, c.274 (C.2A:58-10 et seq.).
