Stat. § 52:27D-131.7","heading":"Study, construction activity, self-certification program; report to Governor, Legislature.","body":"6.\tThe commissioner shall, within three years following the effective date of P.L.2024, c.58 (C.52:27D-131.2 et seq.):\na.\tundertake a study, in consultation with the code advisory board, established pursuant to section 7 of P.L.1975, c.217 (C.52:27D-125), to determine construction activity, which may be added to the self-certification program.
