To adopt, modify, repeal and enforce rules and regulations in regard to  the implementation of this act;\nb.  To sue or be sued in regard to the enforcement of the provisions of this  act and any rules, regulations, contracts and agreements hereunder;\nc.  To accept appropriations, gifts, grants, contributions and any other form of financial assistance from the Federal government or from any sources, public or private for purposes of this act;  and\nd.  To do all things necessary, convenient or desirable to carry out the provisions and purposes of this act.\nL.1975, c. 248, s. 8, eff.
