Stat. § 52:27D-18.1","heading":"Local finance board;  members","body":"The local Finance Board in the Division of Local Government Services in the  Department of Community Affairs shall consist hereafter of the Director of the  Division of Local Government Services as chairman and seven members appointed  by the Governor by and with the advice and consent of the Senate. Except as  otherwise provided by law, all appointments shall be for 5 years. In case of a  vacancy by reason of expiration of term or otherwise the appointment shall be  for the remainder of the unexpired term.\nL.1974, c. 35, s. 1, eff. June 7, 1974.
