Stat. § 52:27D-187","heading":"Evaluation of applications","body":"In evaluating applications for assistance under this act, the commissioner shall take into consideration:\na.  The supportive services to be provided and the relationship of each to the needs and characteristics of the project residents who are to receive the services;\nb.  How quickly supportive services will be established following approval of the application;\nc.  The adequacy of local social services in assisting project residents to  maintain independent living and avoid unnecessary institutionalization;\nd.  The reasonableness of fee schedules established for each supportive service.
