Stat. § 52:27D-198.10","heading":"Rules; exemptions.","body":"4.\tThe Commissioner of Community Affairs shall, pursuant to the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52: 14B-1 et seq.), adopt such rules as may be necessary to implement P.L.2000, c.56 (C.52:27D-198.7 et al.).
